In Cave In Rock, Illinois homeowner Leon R. wanted to get his basement waterproofed. He hadn’t had any problems with water in the past but wanted to ensure that the items in his basement would stay dry. He decided to give Woods Basement Systems a call to get it waterproofed once and for all.

We sent our foreman Juan Hernandez out to the home to install our waterproofing system. We installed our patented systems; WaterGuard, IceGuard, and TripleSafe sump pump system. Ensuring that the home stayed dry and clear for years to come. The homeowner now has peace of mind knowing his items will be safe stored in his basement.

A crawlspace in Arcola, IL, was dealing with humidity that needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity out, as well as other outside elements. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace will remain dry and free of humidity. 

Bryan F. of Lerna, IL had an old sump pump that was not working properly to evacuate the water from his basement. Woods Basement Systems had a sump pump that would effectively replace to old pump.

A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to help evacuate the water from the basement. This prevent water from standing in the space and keep the basement dry. A TripleSafe pump has two pumps that work to evacuate the water and a battery back up incase of power failure.

A sump system in Pesotum, IL was failing, not pumping water out as it should. It also had no lid, releasing moisture into the basement. To solve these issues, the WaterGuard System was first installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This sump system assures protection from all three problems that can occur with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a second pump that will help eliminate the water if the first pump can't keep up. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
