A home in Bridgeton, Missouri, needed some support piers installed, as the home was starting to show signs of foundation failure. Woods came out and installed the Push Pier System to address this issue. This will permanently stabilize the home's settling foundation and in many cases, raise it back up. Engineered steel tube sections are driven through steel foundation brackets, past unstable soils, to the solid bedrock beneath it. This will transfer the home's weight evenly on solid ground, rather than the unstable soils supporting it previously. With this installation in place, this home will remain stable for many years to come.

The homeowner was experiencing a failing support beam in their crawlspace, which made caused cracks to appear around doorways, and also made the home put more pressure on its foundation, causing cracks to appear around the base of the home. We installed a metal support beam next to the existing wood beam, and installed our SmartJack XT, which are metal tubes implanted in the ground to support the beams. This will ease the pressure the house puts on its supports.
