A crawlspace in Imperial, MO was not insulated properly, and moisture was entering it, causing problems. To solve these issues, SilverGlo Insulation was first installed. This features a radiant barrier infused with graphite, so the heat is reflected into the crawlspace, saving energy. Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and allow one to see inside easily. Thanks to these systems, this crawlspace will remain warm and dry for years to come!

Festus, Missouri homeowner Harry K. was distraught when water made its way into his basement.  Previously, Harry had the Geo-Lock wall anchors installed to straighten his bowing walls. Though this can aide in keeping water out, waterproofing is the only way to ensure water stays out. 

CleanSpace guides water leaking in from the walls to the WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. Because CleanSpace prevents water vapor from escaping into the basement, it keeps the basement humidity low and hinders mold growth.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump keeps your home dry from leaks and flooding with its two stainless steel pumps. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials used to seal off a basement form moisture. It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below the CleanSpace in the basement floor. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home. 

Now Dana D. has a dry basement. 

Support blocks were failing in a crawlspace in Festus, MO, and moisture was entering it as well. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, and reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans. 

Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This prevents moisture by encapsulating the crawlspace with a vapor barrier, closing the vents, and conditioning the space to make a healthier environment. This crawlspace will now remain stable and dry for years to come thanks to these systems!
