Karen H. of Saint Louis, MO had a very wet crawl space. High humidity in the crawl space had caused metal beams to rust and threatened to rot the wood floor joists so Karen called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended a crawl space encapsulation system.

Woods installed the SaniDry dehumidifier as part of that encapsulation system. The SaniDry can remove 109 pints of water from crawl space air using the same amount of electricity as smaller household units. The SmartSump was installed as part of the encapsulation system. The SmartSump was designed specifically to form an airtight seal with the vapor barrier. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of a home's basement and takes the collected water to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
