Customer, Tammy of Sparta, Illinois had an unsealed crawl space and wanted to do preventative work, so she called Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, David P., recommended CleanSpace encapsulation for the job. 

Foreman, James L. installed the product. The vapor barrier is made of inorganic materials, causing it to not support mold growth. CleanSpace works to fully seal off crawl spaces from dirt, moisture, and critters. 

Now, Tammy L. has a safe and dry crawl space. 

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Saint Libory, IL, creating a musty environment and causing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the earth, therefore preventing moisture and debris from entering it. the white color will also make it easier to see inside. This crawlspace will now remain dry and stay clean for years to come!

Support posts were shifting in a crawlspace in Chaffee, MO, causing concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These steel support systems can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in the crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans, and solve the problem once and for all!
