As part of the crawlspace encapsulation system, Woods installed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the crawlspace. It's a durable, thick plastic liner that will keep moisture from getting into the crawlspace.

The SmartDrain installs perfectly with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, to create an air tight seal. It collects any water that gets into the encapsulated crawlspace from a plumbing issue and drains it down to a bed of gravel that leads to a dry well that will allow the water to seep into the soil below the crawlspace.
