The crawl space of Jason W.’s Decatur, IL home was very wet. Woods installed CleanSpace along the foundation walls and floors as part of that system. Unlike other plastic liners that are usually 6 mil thick that bunch and tear, CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that is reinforced with polyester cord and secured in place. It forms a moisture barrier over the walls and floors to prevent water from entering the space, instead directing it down to the perimeter drainage system. It is treated with an anti-microbial finish so it won’t support mold or mildew growth on or under the liner.
