Design specialist Gregory B. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system. Foreman Gregory J. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, was placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it.

This wet crawl space in Flora, Illinois suffered damage to the wood and insulation from water seeping through foundation cracks. Woods Basement Systems installed a waterproofing system and vapor barrier to seal and insulate the crawl space, resulting in a dry crawl space year-round.
