A garage wall was shifting in Webster Groves, MO, as it was bowing out and cracking. To solve this issue, the GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good!

Basement foundation walls in a home in Webster Groves were starting to show signs of failure. Cracks were starting to appear not only in the basement walls, but in walls located in other parts of the home as well. Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in their basement.  The push pier, shown above, will support the level of the floor that is sinking, and over time will be able to raise it back up to its original height.  This will help to stabilize the floors.
