A porch in Eureka, Missouri, had some cracking that was posing a trip hazard. To address the cracks, Woods first installed the PolyLevel System to raise the slabs and make everything level.

This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. Next, it was time to address the cracks directly. The NexusPro System is a silicone-based sealant, specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these two installs in place, this porch is sure to stay both crack and hazard free for years to come.

A home in Eureka, Missouri, had some concrete displacement issues. The concrete patio and walkway around the pool was transforming into a dangerous tripping hazard that needed to be addressed. A sunken patio can be a bit of an eyesore and allows water to pool beside the foundation—which can lead to other problems.  These Saint Peters, Missouri homeowners hired Woods Basement Systems to install PolyLEVEL to lift and level the concrete slab.  Now, the patio looks great and rainwater doesn't pool against the foundation.

In the before photo you can see the cracked uneven driveway. This is caused by freezing and thawing of the ground below the concrete through the seasons here in the Midwest. Our installation team then drilled into the drive way and injected the PolyLEVEL solution. This solution is waterproof, stable, and does not react with the soil or moisture (it will not leach harmful chemicals into the surrounding soil). 

In the after photo you can see that the PolyLEVEL solution has raised the concrete back to its original position! The solution is also quick curing, PolyLEVEL will raise the concrete after just 15 minutes of injection, and then the lifted concrete can be driven over after just an hour and a half. 

The installation crew then fills the drilled holes with concrete and it's like we were never there! Your driveway or sidewalks will be fully functional and looking pretty after just a couple hours of work!
