A concrete sidewalk in Webster Groves, Missouri, was becoming uneven due to moving ground soils and needed to be addressed. Woods came out and installed the PolyLevel System to address the concerns. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it cures, this foam lifts the concrete slab back up to its original position. This system often outlives the concrete it is installed to support, ensuring this sidewalk will stay level for decades to come.

Homeowner Jim B. of Oakville, Missouri, was displeased with the cracking, uneven concrete of his sidewalk and driveway. The sinking driveway slab created a small ledge as he drove into his garage and he worried of the damage it may cause to his vehicle over time.

System design specialist Jeremy R. designed an effective solution to correct the unlevel, cracked concrete. Foreman Andrew T. and his crew used PolyLEVEL injections to raise and level the concrete, and sealed the cracks. PolyLEVEL is both quick and long lasting, so Jim can have a beautiful, safe driveway for years to come.

Foreman William T used PolyLevel to raise the level of the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the ground and will raise the level of the sinking concrete. The injection will leave behind a dime sized hole, which will be filled in with concrete.

Foreman, Andrew T. worked the job. PolyLevel is a high density polyurethane formula or foam that works to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. How works is first, small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then the polymer is injected into the void and in about 15 minutes the concrete is usable, so there is no waiting for it to settle.
