The annual maintenance was conducted on 24 July by Cory Schneider-Service Technician. Cory called on the way down to keep me informed of his arrival time which I greatly appreciated. Cory completed the annual maintenance on my system, explaining what he was accomplishing, why, and what I needed to keep watch on specifically in the mold and humidity areas.
