This customer noticed a bowing wall in his basement.  Niles came out to review his problem and decided that Wall Anchors would be the best solution to this problem.  

We installed nineteen Wall Anchors in the Gary, Indiana foundation to stabilize its bowing walls.  The holes we dig to brace them are almost undetectable after we are complete.

To help stabilize a bowing foundation wall, our team dug holes on the property away from the foundation. Then, inside the home, we we drove a 3/4", galvanized steel rod through an anchor plate and secured to the inside wall. The steel rod was then  connected to an earth anchor –  reinforced with rebar and concrete – inside the holes we dug on the property.

This bowing foundation wall was stabilized with seven Wall Anchors that come with a life-time transferable warranty.  

We received a call from a real estate agent on a property that was in the middle of a transaction. The home inspection report revealed a bowing block wall. Nova Basement Systems installed six carbon-fiber (fortress) wall stabilization straps to the wall. This system offers life time transferable warranty. It passed inspection and the home and sold. The warranty was transferred to the new happy homeowners.
