Leaky windows can easily be addressed with a Well Duct.  We dig out the window well to install a drain from the outside to the inside. A Well Duct will drain the water from the base under the window and into an interior perimeter drainage system.

This customer had a finished basement that was getting ruined by a crack under his window.  The solution was to seal with an Epoxy Crack Injection. 

One of the first things we look at is how we can direct rain water away from the foundation so it cannot enter the foundation.  Burying a downspout and pushing the water away from the home is an essential first step into waterproofing a foundation.
