This customer was experiencing seepage in his newly purchased home.  He called us in to take a look at it, and to design a solution that would be best for his home.  

This New Paris, Indiana homeowner began to see signs of water damage in her finished basement.  We opened the wall and fixed a hairline crack with an Epoxy Crack Injection which carries a life-time transferable warranty.  

We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard and EmeShield in this Winona Lake, Indiana basement.  The walkout basement would allow seepage in near the doors.  The EmeShield is designed to flash water into the WaterGuard system, and it then will get pushed to the sump pump.  

EmeShield is a 90-mil wall liner designed to help reduce moisture and/or flash water from the foundation walls into a waterproofing system.  The seams are over-lapped, sealed, and taped.  EmeShield is held into place using fasteners to the foundation walls.

To help balance the humidity in the basement, we installed and setup an Energy-Star rated Aprilaire E100 dehumidification system.
