An inspector found high moisture levels in this Sawyer, Michigan crawlspace.  The new buyer wanted to remedy this issue, so we installed a moisture barrier of CleanSpace.  

We installed a new Everlast Crawlspace Door for this New Troy, Michigan home. 

This customer had some major seepage issues in his crawl.  With no drainage, it was causing high levels of humidity and earthy smells to seep into his living space.  Hollis DeWitt gave him an estimate for CleanSpace, Drain Tile, and UltraSump Battery Backup sump pump, and an AprilAire Dehumidifier.

This flooded crawlspace was in need of waterproofing and a vapor barrier upon our initial inspection.  We found inches of water throughout the entire crawlspace, so we placed drain tile around the perimeter.  We also installed jacks, and encapsulated the walls and dirt floor.
