"As usual - NOVA personnel does NOT disappoint!! Today Kyle came out for the annual inspection and cleaning of the system. He was kind, courteous, friendly, soft-spoken, knowledgeable and efficient. Very hard to find these qualities in today's world. Everyone at Nova is extremely kind and courteous. The office help is wonderful, Lynette and Jackie always treat me like like I'm the most important customer. And I will always be grateful to Hollis - who helped me find the solution to an awful situation - namely tons of water in my basement!!. You can't go wrong doing business with this company!
