I am very pleased with the service that Nova did on my basement walls. Fortunately, we had good weather because they began the work in mid December. Took a short break for Christmas, and finished up on New Year's Eve. Just in the nick of time! The weather turned very cold and snowy the next day! There were only three of them and they did so much! They were on time, they were very courteous and friendly and good to be around. And their professionalism was Top Notch! They had to brace my building while they proceeded to demolish two walls, one wall at a time. Then they replaced them with cinder block and filled the hollow holes on each cinder block with mortar, so I have very solid basement walls now. Then they dug and irrigation canal like for water to run away from the house. They even removed a 400 lb cement laundry sink using their backhoe. Something that would probably be impossible for me to get out of the basement by trying to take it up the stairs. That was complimentary as it was not part of the estimate. But it sure was a great help to me! I don't think I could have found a better company then Nova Basement Systems. Their professionalism and the quality of the work is second to none! Your company has been a great surprise for us. We have had some positive experiences (and some negative experiences) with other contractors that we have contacted to do work on our house, but your company has been the best company we have ever dealt with. The thought of the owner (Jim) working on finding a specific filter for our home was very encouraging. The salesperson (Phil) has been very helpful at answering my many questions.
