Foreman Isaias and his crew installed a 48”x48” white sliding window with a RockWell and lid, reinforced by a 72” concrete lintel and up to two rows of block. To stabilize the foundation wall, two PowerBraces were added.

 

While the window well improves access and light, it does not include waterproofing, so water may collect if not tied into a drainage system. Excavated dirt was left on-site for homeowner use.
