A homeowner in Columbus was experiencing water infiltration along their basement walls. Inspector Cory recommended a comprehensive solution including full wall removal, perimeter drainage, wall encapsulation, and a new sump pump installation to ensure lasting protection.

Foreman Adam and his crew removed 23 feet of compromised basement wall, installed a new sump pump for reliable water removal. They laid 25 feet of WaterGuard perimeter drainage around the foundation footing and applied 25 linear feet of CleanSpace Wall System to create a continuous moisture barrier. This integrated approach transforms the basement into a consistently dry, secure space.

Gregory had mold on his basement walls and needed to get this taken care of immediately.  Our foreman Joe and his crew installed a SuperSump Pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier for mold remediation.
