A homeowner in Fortville, Indiana was concerned when he noticed water seeping up through the concrete floor of his basement.  Our certified inspector Devon recommended a full perimeter interior waterproofing drainage system and wall vapor barrier in the basement with a sump pump to keep the space dry all year round.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Dewey, Brandon, and Harry installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump system. 

John needed a new sump pump installed and called Basement Systems of Indiana for a quality pump that would protect his basement from flooding.  Our foreman Jon and his crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump.

Eula's basement was damp and humid, causing concern for mold issues.  Our Foreman Todd and his crew installed a WaterGuard French Drain and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to resolve the issues.  

This homeowner reached out to her local basement waterproofing company in Shelbyville, Indiana, Basement Systems of Indiana to come out for a free inspection.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew used CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the basement walls to prevent moisture from passing through.  They also installed a basement dehumidifier called the SaniDry Sedona to improve the air quality and overall environment in the basement.
