Homeowner Matt had issues with undersized floor joists and beams in his crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support Post to stabilize the floor joists.  

A homeowner in Bringhust, Indiana was concerned about some uneven areas of her floors above the crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Eric found that the floor joists in the crawl space were sagging and needed permanent stabilization.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario installed a total of 6 SmartJack support posts with a steel supplemental beam. 

This homeowner in Frankfort, Indiana had a severe foundation crack in his basement walls.  Our Foreman Ryan and his crew installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize the cracked foundation and prevent any further damage.  

A Frito Lay plant in Frankfort, Indiana reached out to us regarding pier installation for new construction they planned to add in building.  Our Foreman John and his crew members Phil and Jon-Wesley installed a total of 25 Helical Piers to stabilize and prepare the area for new construction.
