After reaching out to Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate, basement specialist Rob recommended a comprehensive waterproofing and wall restoration solution. Foreman Loni and her crew removed sections of the interior wall to prepare for installation of the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, then installed a TripleSafe pump system with dual cast iron pumps, an UltraSump battery backup, and a WaterWatch alarm system. To prevent flooding, IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet were added to manage discharge. The team also installed BrightWall paneling, EverLast Wall Restoration Panels, and the CleanSpace Wall System to seal out moisture and improve the basement’s appearance. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain low humidity, and mold mitigation was performed using Mold X2, which treats existing mold-like substances but does not prevent future growth.
