A homeowner in Carmel, Indiana noticed that air in her home was very dry and humid during the summer and was concerned about mold in her crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Jay recommended sealing the crawl space ground and walls, installing a sump pump, and a dehumidifier.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal insulation, a SuperSump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
