- A SuperSump system was installed featuring a cast iron pump, airtight lid with floor drain, CleanPump stand, WaterWatch alarm, IceGuard protection, a LawnScape outlet, and a 15-foot exterior discharge line
- Electrical outlets were added as needed to support the waterproofing system
- A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain healthy humidity levels year-round
