Solution & Installation:
- Foreman Dakota and his crew installed an EZ-Flow drainage system throughout the crawl space to collect and direct water
- A SuperSump system was installed with a cast iron pump, airtight lid with floor drain, CleanPump stand, WaterWatch alarm, battery backup, IceGuard protection, and a 10-foot discharge line with a LawnScape outlet
- The team installed a 10-mil CleanSpace Light encapsulation system throughout the crawl space
- Support piers were wrapped and crawl space vents were sealed to improve moisture control
- Mold X2 was applied to address existing mold-like growth before encapsulation
- An EverLast crawl space door and EverLast access well were installed to help secure the space from moisture, pests, and outside elements
