Steve's crawl space was full of mold and wood rot, causing major structural issues.  Our foreman Jason and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, remdiated the mold, and installed SmartJacks to stabilize sagging floors. 

A homeowner in Hartford City, Indiana had an issues with water entering their crawl space for sometime and the existing sump pump had failed.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal moisture from passing through and a SmartSump replacement sump pump system.  

A homeowner in Hartford City, Indiana had an existing crawl space door that was very rusty and falling off of the hinges.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector and Victor replaced the existing door with an EverLast door to keep the crawl space airtight.

A homeowner in Hartford City, Indiana had a flooded crawl space with the recent heavy rain and standing water had already been an issue for some time.  Our Certified Field Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space to propose a solution for keeping the crawl space dry.  Our Foreman Josh and his crew members Nelson and Allam used our Soda Blasting machine to treat the wood for mold growth, encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed an interior drainage system, SuperSump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
