A homeowner in Peru, Indiana began noticing an area in her floor boards that had become bouncy and squeaky over time.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan installed 2 SmartJack supports posts to stabilize the floor joists in her crawl space below.

A homeowner in Peru, Indiana had a stone foundation wall in her basement that was bowing inward significantly and nearing complete wall failure.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis and Marcos finished a complete foundation wall rebuild with block to provide permanent stabilization.  

A homeowner in Seymour, Indiana was concerned about large stair-stepping cracks in her block basement foundation wall that continued to get larger over time.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended permanently stabilizing the walls before a complete foundation wall failure occurs.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin installed a total of 6 C Channel Wall Anchors to prevent the wall from moving any further.
