A homeowner in Fort Wayne, Indiana was concerned about a musty smell coming from his crawl space and cold floors during the winter.  Our Certified Inspector Nathan recommended having the crawl space sealed with a thick, durable vapor barrier to prevent moisture and air from passing through the ground and walls.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

A homeowner in Fort Wayne, Indiana had an ongoing issue with water seeping into his basement during a heavy rain.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the interior perimeter of the basement and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to help redirect water around to a sump pump pump. 

A homeowner in Centerville, Indiana was concerned about the condition of her crawl space after noticing musty smells rising into the home.  Our Certified Inspector John found sings of moisture and mold growth in the crawl space and recommended encapsulation and dehumidification.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan sealed the crawl space ground and walls from CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through. 

A homeowner in Centerville, Indiana was concerned about high humidity in his home after peeking into the crawl space and noticing pools of water on the ground in several areas.  Our Certified Field Inspector Jay recommended having an interior perimeter drainage system installed with a battery back up sump pump to keep the space dry.  For the high humidity levels, Jay's solution included a full encapsulation and a dehumidifier to help create a healthier environment.  The project was installed by our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Brayan. 

A homeowner in Ridgeville, Indiana was concerned about damp, humid air rising into his home.  Our Certified Inspector Jay recommended that we control the environment in the crawl space by dehumidifying the air, insulating, and sealing the ground and walls with a moisture barrier. Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Jose encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal insulation, and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
