A homeowner in Larwill, Indiana was concerned noticed damp spots on his basement floor from water leaking through the walls.  Our Certified Field Inspector Rob provided a thorough inspection of the basement and found that 2 of the walls were bowing inward significantly causing the potential for foundation wall failure and excessive water seepage.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Marcos, and Mario installed a full perimeter interior WaterGuard drainage system to keep the basement dry and Geo-Lock wall anchors to permanently stabilize the foundation walls and prevent any further movement. 

Murray and Dawn's exterior foundation was cracked and needed repaired sooner rather than later.  Our production crew installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home's foundation and repair the cracks.  

A homeowner in Yorktown, Indiana began noticing some spots in his floors becoming bouncy and cracks forming in drywall.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members installed a total of 5 SmartJack support posts to stabilize the sagging floors.
