A homeowner in Brazil, Indiana was concerned about the foundation of his home settling after noticing large cracks in the exterior brick near windows and his front porch.  Our Certified Inspector Eric confirmed that the home had dropped a few inches and recommended Helical Piers for permanent stabilization.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Adam, Edwin, Ramon, and Eliuc installed a total of 5 Helical Piers. 

This homeowner's basement walls were significantly bowing.  Our production crew installed PowerBraces to restore the stabilization of the basement wall structure.

A previous customer in Coal City, Indiana had a scheduled annual maintenance with our Service Tech Nolan to check over her sump pump and drainage system.  During the inspection, Nolan noticed the basement walls were bowing inward significantly and needed support.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Ramon installed PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the block basement walls and prevent any further movement.  

A homeowner in Romney, Indiana noticed water leaking through his basement walls during heavy rains and possible foundation issues due to wall cracks.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Dennis and Miguel installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to collect water passing through the walls and redirect it to a sump pump.  The crew installed PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the foundation wall.
