The team wrapped piers, sealed vents, and laid a vapor barrier in the older crawl space section. For access and stability, new crawl space entrances were cut, CMU block sealed the rear wall, and structural repairs included SmartJacks, steel shims, a supplemental beam, and band board blocking.
