Mark Kurtz, the representative who I met with was very helpful. He was very professional as well. The two major reasons I chose your company was because of cost and Mark. All of the other staff people were helpful as well. The crew that did the job were very courteous and they were on schedule every day. That was pleasant.

I called around to try to find out who installed our original basement system and MidAmerica offered to come out for free to check it out and make recommendations. Kyle McCarty and his crew did the waterproofing, bright wall, clean space, and outside work. Very nice, knowledgeable young men. Enjoyed visiting with them. Dillon Heard and his crew did the windows and window wells. Again very nice, knowledgeable young men. Would definitely recommend both crews!

Tyler's presentation was very neat and organized.  The installation crew was on time both days an the clean up was fantastic.
