Justin's team was very conscientious about mud/dirt tracking in my home. The weather was just terrible during the installation of our project. Justin was very accommodating with small details pertaining to the job and the clean-up.

Kali was very kind and was able to suggest a few different options. It was very nice that he had pamphlets, books, a video presentation and a sample on hand.  MidAmerica did a great job a few years ago installing the water guard system and sump pump, I knew I could trust them.

Their specialist arrived right on schedule, conducted a detailed foundation check, and clearly explained how hydraulic pressure was forcing water past the footing joints. He outlined a custom perimeter drainage setup and sump system with a straightforward, itemized proposal and no pushy tactics. It was a great experience working with such a honest and knowledgeable crew, and we felt completely confident in their plan to keep our home dry.

The guys had a lousy day outside to do the work and they were really carefuly about my house.  They did a great job with everything!!

Dear Mid America Basement: My husband and I just wanted to let you know that we believe your basement system that you installed in our home in December 2008 paid for itself June 2009. Let me preface this by saying we have lived in this house since 1978 and had NEVER seen anything like the torrential rainfall that happened in our small town in June 2009. It rained so hard a rushing rapid formed on an adjoining street came down between the house next to ours and the corner of the house filled the backyards within minutes up to the foundations. It raced through our garage and neighbors window wells were filling with water and storm drains were not able to even handle the amount of water that was coming down. While my husband was out trying to find and clear the storm drain I ran to the front of the house and while out in the yard heard this loud whooshing noise, I turned and looked and it was your system carrying the water that would have been in my basement safely away from my home. Our basement never even had a drop of water in it. When the rain stopped and the storm drains were working again my husband and I agreed that it was the best money we'd ever spent. Thank you for the excellent job you and your crew did (who were very nice by the way) we now have a level of confidence in your system like no other. We have finished off one side of the basement and love the extra living space it has created and we are confident as long as we make sure you come for our annual system check our hard work down there will be protected.
