The end result is impressive.  The encapsulation looks great.   Our crew leader, Mike Clementz, pointed out issues with the water heater and crawl space entry. This allowed me time to assess the issue instead of reacting to an emergency. The crew arrived timely and returned till the job was completed.  The crew cleaned up daily and when finished no debris was left.  I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because my crawlspace had a high condensation, dirt floor and a poor vent system. I needed to do something but did not know what. The advertisement showed exactly what I needed and there was not an issue with it being a crawl space vs a basement.

Our Design Specialist did a Excellent job explaining everything to us. Answered all of our questions. Mike Clementz/Crew guy did a Great Job. We are very happy with the Turtle installment for or entry into Crawl Space. Mike gave us feedback on where we stand with our Crawl Space.

Nate Hauser was knowledgeable and courteous, worked efficiently. We would appreciate him being the one who services our crawl space in the future.

Dillon and Doug are an excellent team I was happy to have in my home. They are so nice, and extremely hardworking and thorough. They cleaned up, it was like they were never here.  

Eve though it cost more than double than what other companies quoted me, I knew I wanted the best quality material as well as longevity of installed product. I have seen their work in person and was impressed.

It was a sucky, windy day and even so they made sure I was satisfied and clearly took pride in their work. Richard and David left things better than they found them.

I know that the crews are well trained in there specialty and there should be no surprises during the job or after the completion.  Cleanup of the work site was over the top, not a crumb of foam was left in the area.  Work was performed efficiently and quickly by Levi and Scott. Nice service truck set up.

A family member recommended MidAmerica Basement's process to us. We needed to have sidewalk and driveway leveling done and we thinking about having both of them mudjacked. Secondly, we met with your sales rep, Mike Banks, who thoroughly explained the process in a very knowledgeable and personable fashion. On the day of the leveling both Levi and Scott were outstanding in their efforts to explain to me what they would be doing, approximately how long it would take and there was absolutely nothing to clean up!! I have since recommended this company to several homeowners in our area. I have been employed in Customer Service for most of my adult life and I have been very impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of everyone from this company that I have come in contact with.

Marty and Zach were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were hard workers but always had time to explain things, answer questions and deal with anxieties about the process, I would recommend them for anything. Everything was cleaned very well, from a very messy process. You would think work had been done weeks ago. We had previous experience with your company putting in our waterproofing and sump pump system.
