wonderful,respectfull and work very hard answers all questions asked. they work very hard and deserve a raise. they came at 08:30 and did not leave until 7:15. I know all 3 were very tired and had a full day for the next day. very corteous and even asked if I wanted a piece of the pizza they had ordered. Dillon seems to be a good leader. I enjoyed them here.

We had two jobs done. Both equally great. Gary did the crack sealing. Bill Wilcox's team did the crawlspace. Very impressed with cleanup given the amount of work being done. Professional website with a lot of information provided. Books sent to my address with more information. Excellent sales team.  

There was very little clean up for me to once they were finished. Despite the fact that the entrance to my crawl space is through the house and it was a muddy mess, they were extremely careful and respectful! They went out of their way to keep the mess at a minimum.  The crew was very polite and extremely accommodating.

Crawlspace encapsulation. We were fortunate to get Mike Clementz as our job foreman for his knowledge and expertise, as well as his attitude and work ethic. He is very good at what he does. Time will tell on the products as we are in the dry time of year. They were professional and careful in their work.  We are pleased with the condition of our property when finished.

The end result is impressive.  The encapsulation looks great.   Our crew leader, Mike Clementz, pointed out issues with the water heater and crawl space entry. This allowed me time to assess the issue instead of reacting to an emergency. The crew arrived timely and returned till the job was completed.  The crew cleaned up daily and when finished no debris was left.  I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because my crawlspace had a high condensation, dirt floor and a poor vent system. I needed to do something but did not know what. The advertisement showed exactly what I needed and there was not an issue with it being a crawl space vs a basement.

Our Design Specialist did a Excellent job explaining everything to us. Answered all of our questions. Mike Clementz/Crew guy did a Great Job. We are very happy with the Turtle installment for or entry into Crawl Space. Mike gave us feedback on where we stand with our Crawl Space.

Nate Hauser was knowledgeable and courteous, worked efficiently. We would appreciate him being the one who services our crawl space in the future.

Dillon and Doug are an excellent team I was happy to have in my home. They are so nice, and extremely hardworking and thorough. They cleaned up, it was like they were never here.  

Eve though it cost more than double than what other companies quoted me, I knew I wanted the best quality material as well as longevity of installed product. I have seen their work in person and was impressed.
