The packet before thee appointment really helped me make my decision on going with MidAmerica.  Tyler was very friendly and was able to answer any of my questions.  And he was also able to explain the process.  The installation crew was very nice and polite.  They respected my house and cleaned everything up.  I didn't have to lay a finger!

Oscar and the guys were great, and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to get things done. Since there was a discount to book on the same day, and because the described water proofing system is more advanced than the competition, I went with it. Any other company is going to cost just as much or more, anyway, I figure. Joe was wonderful about explaining everything to me, and when issues came up, he was understanding and worked with trying to keep the cost down. Oscar and the crew also did a great job, and were very nice about everything. I hope you appreciate your great employees!
