These guys were amazing! They ran into an unexpected situation when they dug about half way down to the footings. When we built the house 17 years ago the original contractor took a short cut that resulted in the current problem. Pete and Doug were able to assess the problem and figure out how to resolve it. The repair was successful.

Kali was very knowledgeable and had great ideas.  I liked the fact that we had different options; it made our decision to hire MidAmerica that much easier.  The installation crew was great.  They were on time plus it only took one day to fix our basement.

The office staff was very polite, friendly, and very professional. They were very detailed and informative and follow-thru with stuff. I thought the rep was very polite and informative. His presentation was very helpful in making my choices. The presentation was very helpful in showing me how to FIX my problem. The installation crew was really good!! The crew and foreman, Alec, was well informed of the procedures and showed good workmanship. 

Close proximity of an aged large maple tree and property line suggested Midamerica's technique represented the most reasonable choice for success.  We had Powerbraces and Carbon Armors installed.  Our installation crew worked hard and were very professional. 

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because of the quality of th products and expanations of salesman.  Dan Garner presented the products available. His assessment of the problems at my home and the solutions we're appealing but I was unable to cover the cost and take advantage of the discount offered. 18 months later I was able to adjust the amount of work to be done and Dan was great to create a work plan that met the basement issues and my cost constraints. Dan was honest, knowledgeable and inspired confidence in the products and the company. Joe Passno was our crew leader. Joe sought answers to questions he had about installation in my type basement walls. He shared with me what answers he was seeking and the information he received. He was obviously much more confident about starting the process. Joe was training Ian. Ian was a willing student. Joe was patient and specific with Ian(from what I could tell). Very good process. Laying down tarps to put the dirt on was so very considerate. They also asked where I wanted the extra dirt placed during cleanup. Impressive. The work done was complete and thorough.  

Very kind and accommodating.  After the cleanup everything looked great.  We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because it was the best price, good customer service, and kind people. The foreman and his assistant were top notch!
