William is a proud homeowner in Iowa and wants to be sure that his home is structurally supported.  His previous supports were insufficient and he was getting water in his basement.

We sent System Design Specialist, Ryan, out to provide a free on-the-spot estimate.  We installed our Smart Jacks to stabilize the home while adding Ice Guards and burying the discharges to protect the basement from water.  

This homeowner was very worried that her basement wall was caving in, to the point at which she was having nightmares about it falling in completely. She knew that if she let her wall continue to cave, it could be very hurtful to her home's structure as well as cause her more worry everyday. She really wanted to have this problem solved once and for all, so she gave us a call.

We had System Design Specialist Tyler Dopheide drive out to this home and inspect the wall to determine what systems we could use to support the wall. Tyler found the wall was still in an early stage of wall failure which posed a limited harm in its current state, however it would become much worse, more difficult, and more expensive to fix if the homeowner didn't choose to solve it immediately. After talking to the homeowner, she was relieved that Tyler knew the solution for her problem, and she was very eager to have her wall supported.

Our installation team drove out to install PowerBraces and GeoLock Wall Anchors to fix this homeowner's wall without having to reroute or move her staircase. Take a look at the before and after of this homeowner's basement wall. There was some movement of the wall, leaning in and allowing water in. Geilesha K. was noticing some moisture in her recently purchased home in Des Moines, IA. After removing some of the drywall she discovered that the foundation was bowing in and crumbling.
