When we waterproofed this basement in Irvine, Kentucky, we installed our most secure sump pump system, the TripleSafe, in the lowest graded part of the basement. This sump will take all the water that the WaterGuard subfloor drains channel to it, and safely discharge it away from the foundation of the home. The TripleSafe comes with three different pumps, including a battery backed one in case the power goes out. Like all of our sumps, it comes with an airtight lid, an alarm system, and an airtight floor drain.

This basement in Tompkinsville, Kentucky had a block wall foundation that was leaking water. The homeowner had big plans to one day renovate this basement into a comfy living space. In order for this dream to come true for them, they were first going to have to waterproof it to make sure no water could come and ruin their finished touches. We installed a full interior perimeter waterproofing system that included vapor barriers around the walls, subfloor drains, a trench drain at the steps, a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With this system, the homeowners are free to do whatever they please with the basement to make it a comfortable living space. The CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls can also have finished walls installed over them, ensuring everything stays dry.

Our waterproofing systems come with a wide arrange of different wall paneling options. The two seen here are two of our more popular options. The first one is called BrightWall, and is the one that runs from the bottom to the top. The second is called CleanSpace, and is the one that covers the awkward concrete pier. They both are made of inorganic materials that won't allow for mold growth, and they both help drain water coming from the walls down to the WaterGuard sub floor drains.
