This basement had an old pump that was not up to the homeowners standard. They called us to replace it with our state of the art TripleSafe sump pump with an UltraSump 4 battery back up attached.

Note: The dirt placed around the window well in the after picture will settle over time, as the ground takes time to compact the soil naturally. 

This basement had one side that was leaking water due to poor downgrading slope near their foundation. Rather than paying a lot of money, time, and space to moving the soil around the foundation, we decided to just waterproof one side of the basement, a rather simple process. With WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, and a discharge line, this home was now waterproof. 

This home's pretty side walk and drive way were becoming old and contained large gaps and cracks, something we aimed to fix. We were able to PolyLevel lift specific parts of the concrete to raise all the slabs to be on the same level. We then sealed the gaps with NexusPro sealant. These concrete slabs are repaired and protected now.
