We helped Harpswell, Maine homeowners upgrade their crawl space from a dingy dirt floor area, to a fresh, clean encapsulated crawl space. The water will pool up in the natural low point of the space on its own to drain harmlessly back into the ground. Next, a CleanSpace liner was used to encapsulate the entire interior of the crawlspace. This waterproof layer finishes the vapor barrier installation, providing the protection against moisture accumulation the homeowner was seeking. Now during harsh rain or melting snow, any leaking moisture will be blocked by the CleanSpace without gathering in the crawlspace and causing humidity problems for the property owner.
