My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what was happening in my house and about the issue that we were having. They didn't try to get us to spend needless amount on items that were not going to do anything different. We had someone come earlier and they were charging arm and leg for the job. But the gentleman from Basement Systems came and checked everything out.He had a computer with him and he pulled out everything and explained all the stuff for about two and half hours. He seemed to be pretty relaxed. I thought that it was expensive but it was fine for what we got.

I like the workmanship of the job so far. The technician that came out found out that the motor in my sump pump was not working, he is very thorough. Gary arrived exactly on time. He is wonderful individual. I didn't feel any pressure with what was described to me for my basement. We discussed all of my option. I was happy with my decision during and after I signed the proper papers. My install was scheduled that very day and in less than 2 weeks I have a new basement.  My sump pump was installed without too much interruption to my family life. My basement looks amazing. The waterproofing material and chair rail looks great. It hadn't rained much since the installation, but I am confident that there will be no more problems in my basement with leaking.

After a long night of manually pumping water out after a power outage rendered our sump pump useless, we hired this company to install a new sump pump pit with a waterproof housing and install a second pump and a battery back up. This was in 2012 and we have never had another sleepless night manually pumping again. Jorge, the installer completed the job quickly and professionally. Since then, they have been back to service and maintenance our entire sump pump system and Jorge always comes. I appreciate that they send the person who installed the system because he knows what to look for. They have honored their warranty and we were able to transfer the remaining warranty to a new buyer after we recently sold the home.
