A customer in Natick, MA had recently seen water leaking in from the floor of his basement. After a couple of rainstorms, he noticed puddles of water forming which was annoying to get rid of by hand, so our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump for this customer! Now, with the three pump system, there are three layers of protection against water coming in, including times where the power goes out due to the backup battery pump it comes with! 

When this homeowner kept seeing water puddling up near the doorway to his bulkhead, he began to look for waterproofing companies to prevent this from happening continuously. When he came across our website, he was intrigued by all the products we offer to keep basements safe and dry. He asked for an estimate on a TrenchDrain installation, so our inspector swiftly visited his residence and gave a rough price. Once the deal was done, our production team installed a series of TrenchDrains to collect all the water seepage. This is a great way to reduce the chances of mold growth by channeling the water away. 

This homeowner from Natick, MA was looking to upgrade his waterproofing system that consisted of only 1 sump pump. To respond, we provided a full waterproofing system of our own which included a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the seepage. Now, his basement is in better hands with a stronger sump pump system and a wall barrier to help reduce the humidity. 

Wall cracks are a friend to nobody’s basement, like this crack in Swansea, MA that was allowing water to seep in and onto the floor, putting their belongings at risk for water damage. After a family member recommended us, the homeowner got in contact and wanted to get this crack sealed to put an end to the water coming through this crack. Along with using our FlexiSpan system to seal the crack, CleanSpace was used to add an extra layer and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier was installed to help combat the moisture in the basement. Now with a sealed crack and dry basement, the homeowner is happy to refer us to their friends and family with basement waterproofing needs.
