This home in Newport, RI was leaking in water because the walls were so porous! Porous walls have a tendency to allow moisture or water vapor to pass through, so we covered the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed a TripleSafe sump pump along with a WaterGuard interior drainage system.
