A customer in Portsmouth, RI had just recently had his basement get flooded during a thunderstorm. The rain lasted all night and he woke up to 2 inches of water! To help avoid this issue, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard interior drainage system. Both these systems will work together to ensure no water builds up in the basement. The WaterGuard collects the water while the TripleSafe discharges it far away from the foundation. 

This homeowner in Portsmouth, RI gave us a call because water was getting into their unfinished basement pretty often. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home and did a full assessment of the basement and its water issues, then he drew up a plan that would keep it dry going forward. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew installed our full waterproofing system, which includes our TripleSafe sump pump, as pictured in the 'After' image. The TripleSafe is the most reliable sump pump system on the market, so now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their basement!

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering. 

When this homeowner in Westwood, MA contacted us in regards of his basement, he was looking for a waterproofing solution to drain out his basement. After a close inspection, our team drew up the plan and installed the WaterGuard interior drainage system to surround the whole inside perimeter and collect water seepage. Then, we surrounded the water tank with TrenchDrains to help with keeping the surface water away from the appliance! 

Wall cracks are a friend to nobody’s basement, like this crack in Swansea, MA that was allowing water to seep in and onto the floor, putting their belongings at risk for water damage. After a family member recommended us, the homeowner got in contact and wanted to get this crack sealed to put an end to the water coming through this crack. Along with using our FlexiSpan system to seal the crack, CleanSpace was used to add an extra layer and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier was installed to help combat the moisture in the basement. Now with a sealed crack and dry basement, the homeowner is happy to refer us to their friends and family with basement waterproofing needs.
