This homeowner in Dighton, MA wanted to cover up a basement wall crack that he had just discovered! He luckily spotted it when he was moving furniture around to clean out the basement and started to look for ways to seal the problem up. He came across our company website and the rest was history! Our service technician covered up the crack with two layers of flexible polyurethane and placed a vapor barrier on top of everything to add extra protection against moisture and water.

After inspection, it was clear this window well was not the most efficient at keeping water out and was actually trapping water inside! The new Sunhouse window well was installed and works to keep water and debris out entirely, the lid adds extra protection to make sure it doesn’t get trapped inside and cause leakage into the basement.
