Water seepage was no stranger to this basement in Raynham MA. Whenever rain would go down, specifically if it was a heavy storm, water would find it's way through various floor and wall cracks. This current sump pump in this basement was not doing its duty to protect the basement from water intrusion, so we decided to swap this homeowner's system out with our TripleSafe sump pump! In Assonet, Ma, this home’s leaking basement was not something the homeowners were looking forward to dealing with at this time, but unfortunately the water could not be ignored. We had our crew go out and install our Waterguard drainage system around the perimeter along with CleanSpace vapor barrier. These two work great together to keep the basement dry from water seeping in from the walls by protecting the inside with the barrier and making a path to the Waterguard at the bottom that connects to a sump. We used our strongest sump pump, the TripleSafe, for the best protection in this basement and for this customer.
