The home owner in Greenwich, Rhode Island was looking for a solution to their damp and musty crawl space and contacted DryZone Basement Systems for a free estimate. Their damp and musty crawl space was also affecting their basement area that they wanted to one day finish with DryZone as well! After meeting our system design specialist Patrick Cahill they came up with a solution for installing a vapor barrier and drainage matting in the crawl. 

We line the floor under oil tanks with CleanSpace for added protection. There is also a trench drain that goes around the entire tank. While this isn't the reason we were initially called to this Cranston home, it is an added peace of mind that DryZone provides.

The transformation here is amazing. We had to open the hole up a bit more to install the TripleSafe Sump system but it was certainly the right solution for this customer in Warwick, RI.

To ensure no water can penetrate the foundation at the floor/wall joints, we always recommend a full perimeter system with our WaterGuard subfloor drain. This customer in Warwick got just that! Full protection with a perimeter drain that directs water to the sump pump and out of the home.

An open sump pit is not an effective solution to waterproof your basement! Anything can fall in there and disrupt the pump or clog the lines (debris, rodents, etc). A TripleSafe sump pump is a wonderful solution! It is a sealed liner so nothing can fall in as long as the lid is on and there are three pumps to ensure maximum protection.
