The customer in Somersert, Massachusetts was looking for a permanent solution for their home. After hearing about DryZone Basement Systems through a friend they had a system design specialist out to their property to come up with a solution to keep their basement dry for years to come. One problem area was at the bottom of their stair well from the back door, usually gathering a puddle. The installation team installed a french drain system to solve this problem.

The customer in Canton, MA recently built their dream home and wanted to stay assured that the basement would never flood and wanted to make sure it was protected by moisture and dampness. Our installation team installed a trust worthy TripleSafe sump pump system along with a perimeter drain and SaniDry dehumidifier.

This water heater is raised up on a slab to protect it in the case of a flood but what would happen if the water tank itself were to flood the basement? It's not a problem now because of the WaterGuard that goes around that slab.
