This homeowner of this Northampton, MA basement had some flooding with recent storms. Prior to that, there were several damp areas in the basement. Our best solution for this issue was to install a TripleSafe sump pump in order to pump that obnoxious water seepage out. To lower the humidity, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will push out dry, clean air to lower the risk of mold growth as well.

Here is a look at a very impressive transformation of a basement in West Springfield, MA. This customer had a basement with a lot of water and damage. We installed a complete waterproofing system including our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace Wall System, and a SuperPump.

In the before photo, you will notice damage from water pouring in from the stairs.

In the after photo you, will notice concrete drying from where a TripleSafe sump pump, TrenchDrain and WaterGuard sub-floor drainage have been installed.
