Open sump pits are dangerous and ineffective. It can collect debris which would stop the pump from working in a time of need. Our SuperSump Pump liner and lid create a closed system so you cannot see the pumps and there is less of a chance that anything can enter!

This homeowner in Cohasset, MA contacted us because his sump pump was not keeping up. He wanted a solution that would keep his whole basement dry. Along with a full perimeter system and an additional sump pump liner in another corner of the basement, we upgraded his existing sump to a SuperSump. We also hooked up his generic dehumidifier to be drained to this sump. His Sedona is draining to the other sump across the room.

The home owner in Fairhaven needed a vapor barrier and some stabilizers in his crawl space. He had known about the dealer network of Basement Systems and was looking forward to working with us. The customer had the installation team install SmartJacks to help support the foundation and CleanSpace vapor barrier to save the crawl space from moisture damage. 

The owner of the Veterinarian Hospital in Fairhaven, Massachusetts knew it was time to take care of the water problem in the basement of the building. The old New England building was made into a Vet years back but the water problem became an issue when their sump pump was no longer working. There was evidence of mold and water damage on the walls of the basement and leaky areas in the concrete.

Our system design specialist Tim Dagen proposed a vapor barrier to help this humid and damp basement and a TripleSafe sump pump system to keep the ground water from damaging the basement anymore.
